As a forensic accountant, Diane Womack relishes the challenge of finding answers to financial issues and working with clients to find solutions.

Diane has more than 20 years of litigation and accounting experience, specializing in forensic accounting, valuation and business damages. She works with attorneys and their clients in the analysis of complex financial issues associated with commercial and matrimonial disputes.

Diane provides expert services in matters involving:

  • Shareholder disputes
  • Business interruption claims
  • Business valuation issues

She performs financial investigations for companies in matters related to fraud, misappropriations, and revenue recognition, as well as valuations in connection with shareholder disputes, purchase and sales transactions, and for estate and gift taxes.
